My Analysis

NME have become a very well-established brand and can now be seen as a well trusted brand in the music magazine industry. The figures show that they have a high percentage of male readers as opposed to female readers and 73% of the readers are in the class ABC1. Through this research, NME now have a very specific target market and know general facts about the majority of readers such as 26% are full time students 84% think that the magazine gives them what they want. By having all the information about their readers they will have the advantage of adding some of their interests into the magazine resulting in more possible potential readers.
